We are only able to assist you with your dental insurance as FIPPA (Freedom of Information and Privacy Protection Act) limits the amount of information that our office is able to access. Therefeore, you are ultimately responsible for knowing your plan’s limits and coverage.
Full payment is due at the time of service. If required we will submit a Predetermination prior to initiating any major treatment. Please remember that the best possible treatment options may not be covered by your insurance plan. Insurance coverage is not based on each patient’s individual needs, therefore some required services may not be eligible for insurance coverage. We will do our best to inform you of any additonal costs prior to treatment. For your convenience, we accept cash, Visa, MasterCard and Interac.
